This process includes ingredient sourcing, formulation, development, conversion to commercial ingredients and

batch sizes, process developments, prototypes and testing.

 

Our test kitchen has 1 to 200 kg processing capability. All activities are performed according to rigorous GMP, Food Safety and Quality programs / procedures.

 

 

Our facility features include: a large selection of pilot-scale meat processing equipment (cutters, stuffers, injectors, tumblers smoke house, etc…) all in one location, coolers, freezers, slicers, vacuum packaging equipment and more.
